INTRO

The PORTABLE COMMUNICATION COMMUNITY (PCC)™ is a comunity of DMR Networking in Indonesia linked to amateur global network, All of Local Amateur Indonesian DMR networks may joint in the PCC (K2PI-GLOBAL)™ community as an International Amateur Network named PCC™ (Portable Communication Community), this is an open Global DMR network, connected to global network or international network.

The PCC™ separated with the DMRiD™ Network who provide all of DMR Networking standards to be used in Indonesian DMR network, The standards will cover all of identification code standards for DMR ID's, talkgroup ID's and Callsigns.

Indonesian DMR Network is a wide and various people community elements, such as governments, public/social community or company will use the Indonesian DMR Network and use the DMRiD's Standards.



Varian

There are various types and modes of portable communications whic can be used such as Visual Codes (Hands/Fingers Codes, Lips Moving, Smokes Codes, etc). There are Audio modes also, such as whisles, talks etc. All of those modes and types communication are not necessary to use any devices.

There are various modes and types for Portable Communication with high technology devices such as Radio Frequency, Cellphones, Tablet, Laptop etc which have been popular and dominate the portable communication at the moment

CONDITION

One of the functions of PCC™ is to bridge the Indonesian Amateur in Indonesian DMR Network sourced from the DMRiD server to global network. K2PI provides free facilitation for amateur members by becoming an MMDVM server target specifically for members so they can join the appropriate Talkgroups according to their membership elements. For example, Amateur Members can set their HT codeplug to access multiple Local/Global Talkgroups with just one MMDVM setting.

All PCC Facilities are free for all of Amateur Radio Members..

The following are two conditions for the end-to-end use of communication tools.:
  1. Amateur Radio (AMATIR) members who still have an active Radio Frequency (RF) usage license are required to use Digital Mobile Radio/Digital Handy Talky communication devices in accordance with the radio frequency spectrum regulations of their IAR license from Indonesian Government. However, in emergency situations, the use of POC or Mobile Phone is still permitted.
  2. General community members or department members who do not have a Radio license (Non Amateur Callsigner) are required to use POC or Mobile Phone only, unless they have obtained collective permission for their agency from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Monitoring Office of KOMDIGI for the operation of Radio Frequencies in disaster emergency communications such as BPBD, BASARNAS, and others.   1. Untuk mengetahui visi misi dan tujuan K2PI silakan baca-baca di Tentang K2PI untuk memperjelas mengapa kita semua perlu ada disini.
  2. Penggunaan callsign atau dmrid khusus dari Jaringan DMR Indonesia (DMRiD™) yang di daftarkan di K2PI (kelompok: KRAP, TNI, BNPN/BPBD, BASARNAS/DA, DAMKAR, Rescue dan Ambulance, TAGANA, PRAMUKA, PMI dan FORKOPIMDA) hanya bisa dimonitor khusus di seluruh jaringan DMR Indonesia saja, tidak dapat dimonitor di Global Network, hal ini untuk menjamin mengikuti aturan bahwa jaringan DMR Indonesia adalah Jaringan khusus Dalam Negeri tidak diperkenankan bagi orang luar masuk ke jaringan kita dan menjamin tidak ada duplikat ID. Untuk dashboard monitor, pergunakan dashboard Indonesian DMR Network (DMRID)
  3. Untuk memantau kegiatan QSO yang berlangsung di jaringan global, pergunakan Global dashboard monitor (k2pi-global.online).
  4. Untuk melihat detail settingan MMDVM, POC (dvs) dan Codeplug berbagai HT, disini K2PI sudah mendaftarkan seluruh Callsign dan dmrid anggota Amatir dan KRAP yang telah memiliki dmrID, lebih lanjut klik Tips n Tricks untuk mempermudah penggunaan fasilitas-fasilitas di K2PI.
  5. Untuk lebih detailnya silakan masuk ke salah satu Web Dashboard di server K2PI dan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan dapat dilayari melalui tombol-tombol menu yang tersedia..
Seluruh fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di K2PI gratis, jika ada pihak-pihak yang meminta pembayaran atas nama admin untuk salahsatu dari fasilitas yang tersedia di K2PI server, mohon abaikan saja dan segera melapor ke admin pengurus harian melalui WAG.
